$99 refundable deposit, taken off your fee. Balance paid only when you sign for your car. Inspection and any interstate costs are paid by the buyer. Any dealer referral fee is always disclosed to you.

Fair questions

Do you sell cars?

No. We don't sell or own cars. We work for you, the buyer.

What does a used car buyer's agent do?

A used car buyer's agent finds the right car for you, checks its history and condition, and negotiates the price, so you never have to deal with sellers on your own. We do new cars too.

Do dealers pay you?

Sometimes a dealer pays a referral fee. If so, it's always disclosed to you in writing before you buy.

What areas?

We're based in Melbourne and hunt Australia-wide. Every car, in Melbourne or interstate, gets an independent mobile pre-purchase inspection booked before you buy, paid for by you, the buyer.

What if I don't end up buying?

Then you don't pay the rest of the fee. The balance is only paid when you sign for your car, and your fee is agreed with you before we start. Your $99 deposit is refunded if we can't find you a match, or if you cancel before we send you any cars.

Can you help with finance?

We can refer you to a licensed finance broker. We don't give finance advice ourselves.
